Roberta Howell, LMFT
For over 25 years, I have been working with individuals and families as a teacher, a Peace Corps Volunteer, and a mental health therapist (licensed in 2005).
I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety and depression brought on by life's various challenges. Together, we examine what is going well and celebrate those successes. We also identify areas of potential growth, which can include unconscious beliefs, outdated coping mechanisms, and old patterns of communication.
In this way, we move toward creating positive, lasting change.
The work I do with the caregivers of neurodiverse children is also very close to my heart. Raising unique humans is sometimes a lonely job. I'm here to help you navigate neurodiversity in parenting and in relationship dynamics.
I look forward to working with you!
